Empowering Independence Since 1974
Kitsap Tenant Support Services, Inc. (KTSS) has been providing high-quality supported living, habilitative services, caregiving, training, supervision, and individualized support to people with developmental disabilities and special needs for over 50 years. As one of Washington State's founding supported living providers, we have proudly served individuals across Kitsap County since 1974.
Through our affiliated program, Olympic Peninsula Supported Living, we also provide 24-hour supported living services to individuals throughout Clallam County.
Our Mission
We are dedicated to creating safe, healthy, and stable environments that empower individuals to live with dignity, independence, and choice. With our person-centered approach we can help clients develop life skills, build meaningful relationships, increase self-confidence, and actively participate within the community.
Our Philosophy
All Persons with Developmental Disabilities should be provided every possible opportunity to live in a manner consistent with general citizenry. Kitsap Tenant Support Services, Inc. will promote the development and implantation of the new techniques and program approaches to ensure opportunities for positive change for personal growth and development towards maximum independence. All services to developmental disable people should be based on individual need to preserve human dignity, protect individual civil and human rights, and encouraging the involvement and responsibility of the individual’s family and community.
